If a visitor would a human escaltion, how can we set it up to receive email notifications about it?

    Hi,

    You can just go to follow-up prompts and create a new follow-up prompt with the title "Escalate to Human", "Talk to Human," or something similar.

    Then, in the below options, choose the "Escalation" option.

    This will automatically add a "Talk to Human" button after every message, and if the user clicks on that button, the chatbot owner will be notified about it.
