We now have an integration with Zoho SalesIQ.

If you want to use Zoho SalesIQ for your live chat but still want SiteGPT to automatically respond to queries inside Zoho chat, then you can use this integration.

We also have similar integrations with Google Chat, Messenger, Crisp, Slack, Freshchat, and Zendesk.

By default, SiteGPT automatically generates three dynamic follow-up questions for every question.

Until now, there is no way to control this. But now, you can choose how many smart follow-up questions you want the bot to generate.

Just go to Settings > General and change the setting from there. You can choose any value between 1 and 5. You can also altogether disable this feature if you want to.

We have made it super easy to turn on the Escalate to human support! feature.

All you have to do is go to Human Support in the sidebar of your chatbot, and turn on the Enable Human Support toggle.

Every time AI uses your knowledge base to answer a question, it will also ask the user if that answer helped or if they want to speak to human support.

Until now, if the user closes the browser, there is no way for them to continue their past conversations or see your (from chatbot owner or agent) messages and respond to them. To solve this problem, we are now saving user's chat sessions in the browser.

Say goodbye to the user's frustration of losing their chatbot conversations when they close their browsers. With this update, we're now storing all your user's chat sessions in their browsers, ensuring that they can effortlessly pick up their conversations right where they left off, even after closing their browsers.

Users can see all their ongoing and past conversations in Messages tab. Users can also see number of unread messages in each conversation while they were away.

Now your users can enjoy uninterrupted interactions with your chatbot!

We added a new feature that greatly improves user engagement and in turn leading to better conversions.

SiteGPT now automatically generates three smart follow up questions after every message. Users can just click on those buttons and continue the conversation.

This helps your users get the information they need more quickly and efficiently.

This will be enabled by default for all the chatbots. You can disable this by going to Settings > General and turning it off from there.
