The ability to grab leads via the API

Whenever I new lead is coming in , it should be able to grab them via the API to send them over in a specific format to the client.

    We have added an option to send you webhook events whenever a new lead is captured.

    To enable it, go to Dashboard --> Settings --> Webhooks, add "Leads Webhook URL", thats it. You will receive webhook (with all the lead details) whenever a new lead is captured.
