Internationalizaton

Our website is available in multiple languages. As the chatbot can also answer in multiple languages, it would be convenient to have the localization feature work with multiple languages that can be set through a parameter when loading the javascript.

In the dashboard, an admin could then configure the various languages in which the user would greet the user.
