Our website is available in multiple languages. As the chatbot can also answer in multiple languages, it would be convenient to have the localization feature work with multiple languages that can be set through a parameter when loading the javascript.

In the dashboard, an admin could then configure the various languages in which the user would greet the user.

    I understand this might not be possible right now - please treat it as a feature request.

    From my point of view, this would make your product much more attractive. I believe many websites that have customer support operate in a similar way - the content is the same, it is just the language that depends on the user.

    One could theoretically solve this with multiple chatbots.

    However I really need only 1 chatbot that is labelled in different languages and responds with the same content, just in a different language. And it should be presented in a different language.

    Requiring multiple chatbots unfortunately puts as at a large disadvantage from a price perspective (399$ or even more instead of 49$).

    The traffic on each individual language-page is quite low so going for anything else but the Starter package is currently not an option.

    That may not be possible as you would have to duplicate all of the settings and strings.

    The best way to do this for now is to create multiple chatbots - one for each language and localize all the text in each chatbot to their respective languages.

    Or you can use single chatbot that has all the text in English, but configure the bot to just respond in the same language as the user’s language. But it seems like this single chatbot idea is not what you are looking for. I’m guessing you want to localize the buttons and other text too.

    So better to create multiple chatbots and put the relevant chatbots on relevant pages as per your needs.
