Hi, you can go to Settings > Prompts and use “Restricted” prompt for this.

It can’t yet. We have a feature in beta which does this and we can set it up for you. But right now, it will open on all the pages. Not just once per user. That’s why we haven’t released this feature yet. If that is fine, then tell me after how many seconds do you want the widget to open. And we will set it up for your chatbot.
