    @Bhanu (Founder @ SiteGPT) it happened once his morning and a couple of times late last night (1:00 a.m. CST/Chicago). It may be related to copy/paste into the chat as I have been testing with some recent questions through to our Helpdesk. If I notice it again, I will be sure to update.
