API for submitting links

Feature Request

Given that our helpdesk is broken down into admin and consumer subsections, I'd like to one chatbot for each and then be able to use an API to submit links instead of doing manually. Is this possible or planned soon?

    Yes, you can create different chatbots for different websites.

    You can also add links to a particular chatbot via API. It’s already available. Check this link.
